- Tuesdays, Thursdays-- running and agility training

- Offense: positioning, making runs, finishing
- Defense: positioning, communication, clearing
- Midfielder: communication, passing, transitioning
- Combo: 2 v 2

- Other sports: stay active and involved, maintain soccer shape, and be ready for soccer season!
